Unlike other fruits, avocado flowers only open twice during their bloom cycle thus making it a more difficult task for honeybees to collect nectar and tough to make honey. This honey is thick, deep and rich in flavor that reminds us of molasses. Great in oatmeal, baking & barbecue!
